Account Manager, Influencer and Affiliate Marketing As the partner marketing landscape continues to evolve, various channels and tactics are coming together in exciting ways, and Acceleration Partners is leading the charge. We are seeking an Influencer Marketing Manager to provide premium quality service to diverse brands eager to develop influencer programs at scale within their affiliate channels. This person will be directly responsible for managing the client relationship, as well as owning the development and execution of influencer program strategy. Ownership of program strategy includes: designing influencer recruitment strategies, content strategies, communication strategies, incentive strategies and optimization strategies focused on the monetization of content across social media. Responsibilities Program strategy & execution – Manage successful influencer programs by developing custom strategies and tactical plans for achieving clients’ goals and objectives. Keep a close pulse on program performance, budget spend, and goals/budget pacing in real time to ensure program stays on track. Client service & communication – Consistently provide superior client service, act as a point of contact, and escalated issues or key risks. Maintain relationships reflected in high client satisfaction. Reporting & analysis – Use data strategically; provide accurate and precise analysis to clients, identify trends, and present data‑driven recommendations. Influencer partnership optimization – Design influencer recruitment, communication, content and incentive strategies; negotiate longer‑term media packages. Portfolio management – Manage multiple influencer marketing programs, prioritise tasks, and identify new opportunities to drive client success. What Success Looks Like By 2 months: Clear understanding of each client’s goals, strong relationships, familiarity with AP tools, performing 70 % of actions independently. By 4 months: Managing a portfolio of clients with little guidance, 90 % of actions independently, client data regularly analysed to optimise outcome, maintaining 8.5 client rating. Thrives in fast‑paced environment and enjoys order from chaos. Likes sharing and collaborating remotely. Passionate about digital marketing and influencer’s role in it. Minimum Qualifications & Skills 4+ years working for an influencer marketing agency or brand and managing client/creator relationships. Strong understanding of full‑funnel influencer marketing strategies, including flat‑fee and affiliate payment models. Solid understanding of omni‑channel and direct‑to‑consumer marketing; track record of running influencer campaigns for consumer products or services. Advanced Excel capabilities. Excellent communication, presenting and pitching to clients. Working knowledge of attribution in digital marketing. Tools experience (CreatorIQ, Grin, IZEA, etc.) preferred. Knowledge of affiliate networks (Impact, ShareASale, CJ, etc.) preferred. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Ability to travel up to 15 %.
