All-Source Threat Finance Intelligence Analyst

Key Role:

Design, develop, and execute solutions in support of intelligence organizations, missions, or processes. Apply advanced consulting skills or extensive technical expertise and full industry knowledge. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work without considerable direction. Mentor and may supervise team members.

Basic Qualifications:

Experience conducting all-source analysis and analyzing foreign financial activities, including threat financiers, facilitators, and financial networks and operations associated with transnational organized crime, counter drug, terrorism, narco-terrorism, counterintelligence, insurgency, or proliferation

Experience conducting all-source forensic accounting analysis and production by fusing forms of reporting, including financial transactional data from formal banking systems and financial reports

Ability to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and formal or informal briefings

Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam

HS diploma or GED and 12+ years of experience with analysis, or Bachelors degree and 8+ years of experience with analysis

Additional Qualifications:

Experience authoring current DoD product lines and utilizing ICD 203 tradecraft standards

Experience applying statistical techniques, including flow analysis, visualization, and geospatial analysis tools to bulk and raw transactional data of transnational organized crime actors

Knowledge of the EURASIA AOR

Ability to work in a collaborative environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individuals particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allens total compensation package for employees.
