Allergy & Immunology Physician
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: M-F 8-5 Pay Rate: $190000.00 - $220000.00

Incoming candidate can expect:

• Fully functioning allergy clinic
• Outpatient, no nights/weekends
• Shots/Biologic patients oversight
  • Volumes: 14-16/day + 50 shots
• Physician owned group- 4 owners 

Compensation:

• Base salary + bonus (% of net profit)
  • Year 1-2: 25%
  • Year 3-4: 35%
  • Year 5 & beyond: 50% net profit
• Annual Revenue Bonus years 1-5 if you surpass gross annual revenue
• 10k relocation allowance
• 15 PTO days + 5 days for CME ($3,500 annual)
