Assembler Position

Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing sector, is seeking dedicated assemblers to join their team. As an assembler, you will be an integral part of the production department supporting the assembly line operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Assembler

Location: Cumberland, WI

Pay Range: $17/hr

Shift: 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.

What's the Job?

• Assemble electronic components in a light industrial environment
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring safety and efficiency
• Follow detailed instructions and quality standards during assembly processes
• Adhere to safety protocols, including proper hand hygiene and use of provided personal protective equipment
• Support team members and communicate effectively to meet production goals

What's Needed?

• Ability to follow instructions carefully and work with precision
• Strong attention to detail and neat appearance
• Reliable attendance and punctuality, with the ability to call in one hour prior to shift if absent
• Willingness to work in a team-oriented environment with minimal conversation on the production floor
• Must wear closed-toe shoes and maintain a clean, professional appearance
