Bartender Who you are: You pride yourself on your ability to combine attentive service, food and beverage product knowledge, salesmanship, personality, and charm to provide a joyful dining experience and develop regular clientele. You are able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining confidence, composure, and a great eye for detail behind, as well as in front of, the bar.

Pay: Our restaurants operate a bi-weekly payroll system. Bartenders can expect to earn up to $36/hr
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities - Craft bartending expereince for a minimum of 1 year required
- Verify customers' identification to ensure they are of legal age and provide alcoholic drinks in compliance with federal, state, municipal, and corporate rules and regulations
- Commitment to embodying FGR values
- Experience working in an elevated service environment
- Exceptional food and beverage product knowledge
- Ability to make drinks quickly and accurately
- Punctual, timely and responsible
- Superior communication skills
- Clean and well-groomed appearance
- Must possess sound and professional judgment
- Well-organized and efficient workstyle
- Able to multi-task
Physical Requirements - Constant standing and walking
- Occasional stooping, kneeling and crawling
- Occasional ascending or descending of ladders, stairs and/or ramps
- Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours per shift
- Frequent, continual, intermittent flexing and rotation of the spine, elbows and wrists
- Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs on a regular and continuing basis
- Occasional pushing, pulling, lifting or carrying up to 50 lbs, i.e. case of wine, full ice buckets, etc
- Constant talking, expressing or exchanging ideas by means of spoken words and in the process of communicating with guests and employees
- Constant use of POS/Computer systems
- Ability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays
- Requires manual dexterity to use and operate all necessary equipment
