Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Bench Jeweler specializing in stone setting and fine jewelry repair. This is a full-time, on-site role in our well-equipped Homewood workshop, offering a professional yet collaborative environment. The ideal candidate is a skilled craftsperson who can work independently while contributing to our tradition of quality and service. Responsibilities Perform expert diamond and colored gemstone setting (prong, bezel, channel, pave, etc.) Execute complex jewelry repairs including soldering, re‑tipping, head replacements, and restorations Collaborate on custom design projects (CAD experience a plus but not required) Ensure all finished pieces meet our rigorous quality and craftsmanship standards Maintain an organized, efficient, and safe workspace Communicate effectively with sales and design teams to support workflow and customer expectations Qualifications Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a bench jeweler (preferred) Proficient in soldering, polishing, stone setting, and general repairs.
