Hospice Chaplain – Crown Hospice – “Where every life is honored, every moment matters.”

At Crown Hospice , we believe spiritual care is at the heart of hospice care. As a Chaplain on our compassionate team, you’ll walk alongside patients and families during one of life’s most sacred journeys — offering comfort, peace, and hope when they need it most.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide emotional and spiritual support to patients, families, and caregivers.
• Participate in the interdisciplinary care team to ensure the whole person — body, mind, and spirit — is cared for.
• Offer prayers, counseling, and spiritual guidance in alignment with each patient’s beliefs and values.
• Coordinate with local clergy, faith leaders, and volunteers to ensure spiritual needs are met.
• Lead or assist with memorial and celebration of life services.

What We’re Looking For:

• A compassionate listener and steady presence for those facing loss or transition.
• A graduate of an accredited seminary or school of theology (MDiv, BD, or related degree preferred).
• Experience supporting individuals and families through grief, death, and dying.
• Comfort working in an interfaith environment that honors diverse beliefs and traditions.
• A team-oriented professional who embodies empathy, respect, and integrity.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
