The Commission

• The Mission: You aren’t just "managing data." You are the High Priest of Integrity. You will lead a high-performing Data Operations team, not with a whip, but with a vision of a world where every byte has a home and every column has a purpose. 

  You will also lead the implementation of AI and automation—ensuring intelligent systems are governed, trusted, and disciplined, never reckless, never untethered.

• The Strategy: This is more than management—it’s a masterclass in diplomacy. You will bridge the gap between the engineers in the basement and the visionaries in the boardroom, ensuring they are both reading from the same, immaculate script.
• The Pedigree: You’ve done this before. You understand that "governance" isn't a set of rules; it's a culture. You possess the wisdom of a seasoned statesman and the precision of a Swiss watchmaker.
• The Setting: A hybrid existence. Part physical presence in the lush landscape of PA, part digital ghost haunting the architecture of the enterprise.
