We’re seeking an energetic and people-focused Community Outreach Assistant to join our growing team! In this entry-level role, you’ll help support nonprofit partners, local initiatives, and community campaigns by connecting with the public, sharing information, and driving engagement at events.
No experience? No problem! We provide hands-on training , mentorship , and clear paths for advancement into leadership, client relations, or management.
Represent nonprofit partners and local organizations at community events, outreach activities, and fundraising initiatives
Engage with community members to share program details, answer questions, and encourage support
Help set up event displays, materials, and outreach booths
Track outreach interactions and report insights to the campaign management team
Assist with planning, coordinating, and executing community events
Act as a positive and professional brand ambassador for our partners
Outgoing, friendly, and comfortable talking to people
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work in fast-paced, public-facing environments
Team player with a strong work ethic
Reliable, punctual, and coachable
Prior customer service, volunteer, or event experience is helpful but not required
