About the Role:
The Concrete Finisher plays a critical role in the construction process by ensuring that concrete surfaces are finished to the highest standards of quality and durability. This position involves preparing, pouring, leveling, and smoothing concrete for a variety of structures such as sidewalks, floors, roads, and foundations. The Concrete Finisher must work efficiently with a team to meet project deadlines while maintaining safety and precision. Attention to detail is essential to achieve the desired texture and finish, preventing future structural issues. Ultimately, the role contributes significantly to the longevity and aesthetic appeal of concrete installations in diverse construction environments.

The noise in the work environment is usually moderate to loud. The employee is required to work in compliance with company safety policies, procedures, and applicable laws.
