Superintendent – Jacksonville, FL

Salary: $100,000 – $135,000 + Benefits + Per Diem + Company Truck

Your Role

As Superintendent, you will be the driving force on-site—ensuring every project is delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest standard of quality.

Responsibilities include:

• Overseeing all on-site construction activities from ground-breaking to completion
• Managing subcontractors, schedules, and site logistics
• Enforcing safety standards and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations
• Coordinating closely with project managers, engineers, and clients
• Maintaining accurate project documentation and progress reporting

What You’ll Bring:

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial or industrial construction
• Proven ability to manage multiple trades and complex schedules
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• OSHA 30 certification preferred
• Experience with Procore or similar project management software
