What You'll Be Doing
Operate a front-end loader to safely load trucks and manage material stockpiles
Perform daily equipment inspections and basic preventative maintenance
Maintain yard cleanliness and organize material flow efficiently
Communicate with drivers and team members to ensure accurate loading and safety
Support general plant operations and participate in safety initiatives
What Are We Looking For
Demonstrated ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently
Strong awareness of safety protocols and hazard recognition
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Physical capability to perform tasks including lifting, climbing, and working outdoors
Clear communication skills and attention to detail
Conditions of Employment
Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check
Must be eligible to work in the United States and comply with all company policies
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly throughout the shift
Frequent climbing in and out of equipment and walking across uneven surfaces
Standing, bending, and kneeling for extended periods
Manual dexterity to operate controls and perform basic maintenance tasks
Visual and auditory ability to safely operate equipment and respond to signals
Work Environment
Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
