Our client, in McCook NE , a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Finisher / Assembler 1 to join their Finish/Assembly Department . This role supports final product preparation and packaging operations and plays a critical part in meeting safety, quality, and customer requirements.

Job Title: Finisher / Assembler 1
Location: McCook NE
Pay Range: $17.27/hr with Shift Deferential of $1.25/hr

What's the job?

• Perform finishing and assembly duties such as coiling, packing, reel making, tire wrapping, and mandrel processes
• Follow standard work instructions for assembly, packaging, inspection, and processing
• Conduct quality inspections of packaging materials and final product
• Ensure all documentation and product labeling is accurate and complete

What's Needed? 

• High School diploma or GED (preferred).
• Previous manufacturing experience (preferred).
• Ability to operate material handling equipment and hoists (as needed)
• Good math, reading, and writing skills.
• Ability to operate material handling equipment and work in varying temperatures.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

• Shift:
  • 1st - 7 am - 3 pm
  • 2nd - 3:00 pm to 11 pm 
  • 3rd - 11pm - 7 am
