Morristown Manor is now accepting applications for our Free Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Trainee program! Daily and weekly pay options and great benefits! Classes will begin December 22nd with class hours from 7am-3pm. Classroom days will be December 22nd, 23rd, 26th, 29th, 30th, and January 2nd. While completing the class, the starting wage is $14/hr. Once you have passed the course and passed the CNA certification test, your hourly rate will increase to $16/hr.
No CNA license is required to be accepted into the training program.

We are looking for CNA Trainee candidates who have the heart to serve with a compassionate, engaged personality and a dedication to ensuring exceptional outcomes and a high degree of resident satisfaction. It is also important that you are highly organized and that you demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work well with a diverse population.
Additionally, you will have the requirements necessary to become licensed in the state of Indiana as a Certified Nursing Assistant, including a satisfactory criminal background check ,and the ability to complete and successfully pass the state-approved training program and licensing exam.
Once licensed as a CNA, you will be responsible for providing nursing and nursing related services to residents consistent with each resident's comprehensive assessment and plan of care. You must maintain a homelike environment for residents, protects and promotes resident rights, and assists each resident to maintain independence and control to the greatest extent possible.
