Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional client support to French-speaking customers through various communication channels. Respond to customer inquiries and troubleshoot issues with patience and efficiency. Provide detailed product information and guidance to clients, enhancing their experience. Keep accurate records of customer interactions for continuous service improvement. Collaborate effectively with team members to maintain high service standards. Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge of our offerings and support practices. Fluency in French is required; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage. Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter. A strong customer service orientation and a genuine passion for assisting others. Experience in client support or a similar role is a plus, but not mandatory. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
