What Youll Do

• Own Social Strategy: Develop and execute social media plans across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook.
  
  
• Create & Curate: Oversee content creation, captions, and scheduling with a focus on performance and storytelling.
  
  
• Trend Domination: Identify opportunities in trending sounds, visuals, and hooks and capitalize fast.
  
  
• Analytics & Optimization: Track engagement, reach, and conversions and use insights to optimize every post.
  
  
• Collaborate with Creators: Work closely with our videographer, designers, and ad team to scale content output.
  
  
• Client Social Growth: Strategize and manage select client accounts to drive measurable follower and lead growth.

• Proven Experience: 3+ years scaling social media accounts for fast-growing brands or agencies.
  
  
• Creative Genius: You understand virality, storytelling, and platform psychology.
