Additional benefits are listed at the end of this posting./ph3Principal Duties and Responsibilities/h3ulliWork on systems and maintain supply of chemicals and gases to a semiconductor manufacturing environment that makes the chips used in electronic devices such as Smart Phones, LEDs, and Flat Screen TVs./liliOperate assigned chemical and/or gas distribution systems./liliPerform the handling and change-out of gas, chemical, and slurry containers./liliTroubleshooting and preventative/repair maintenance on gas and chemical equipment./liliOperate a computer to support job functions./li/ulh3Requirements/h3ulliMust be comfortable with physical activity, including walking up to 5 miles per day and occasionally climbing ladders with fall protection./liliAbility to work with chemicals, including using a Supplied Contained Breathing Air Respirator for short periods of time./liliAbility to lift up to 40 pounds and perform tasks requiring bending, overhead reaching, and basic physical agility./liliHigh attention to detail with a strong focus on safety procedures./li/ulh3Preferences/h3ulliPrevious experience in a technical or maintenance role, ideally in a manufacturing or semiconductor environment./liliFamiliarity with chemical or gas handling and distribution systems./liliStrong computer skills for system operation and troubleshooting./li/ulpPhysical Effort/Activities: May be required to walk up to 5+ miles per day, be on feet for 8-10 hours at a time, and occasionally climb ladders while utilizing fall protection. The ability to bend, twist, push/pull, crouch, kneel in confined spaces, and lift up to 40 pounds is required. Some tasks may require wearing a Supplied Contained Breathing Air Respirator for short periods (10-15 minutes) while working with chemicals.
