Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This position offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced Occupational Therapist to work within a school setting, providing essential support to students across various grade levels. The role is based in Stockton, CA, and focuses primarily on managing an elementary school caseload, with potential involvement in middle and high school as well as early childhood programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to students educational and developmental needs.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to integrate therapeutic goals within the classroom environment.
• Implement interventions that support students fine motor, sensory processing, and self-care skills to enhance their academic participation.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment strategies to ensure effective outcomes.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with regulatory and school district requirements.

Qualifications and Experience:

• State licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
• Proven experience working in a school-based setting.
• Expertise managing an elementary school caseload; familiarity with middle and high school and early childhood programs is advantageous.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with educational teams and families.
• Ability to adapt interventions to meet diverse student needs in a dynamic educational environment.
