Seeking an experienced paralegal to support the North America Legal team, primarily in employment and immigration matters. This role partners closely with Employment Counsel, HR, and other business functions on pre-litigation, litigation, and administrative issues, as well as internal legal projects. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized, with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Support counsel on a broad range of employment law matters, including immigration, hiring, compensation, leaves, accommodations, discipline, and workplace safety. Track and manage immigration petitions and filings with government agencies (e.g., USCIS). Provide litigation support, including document collection, case file management, subpoena responses, and coordination with outside counsel. Draft and manage document preservation notices and related communications. Assist with drafting and maintaining policies, procedures, handbooks, contracts, and legal playbooks. Conduct basic legal research and support corporate recordkeeping. Review legal invoices, assist with budgets, and contribute to legal operations projects. Perform other duties and projects as needed. Requirements 5+ years of paralegal experience in a law firm or in-house legal department. Paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program or equivalent experience. Strong knowledge of U.S. employment and immigration law, particularly employment-based petitions. Excellent organizational, drafting, and communication skills. Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and exercise sound judgment. Proficiency with standard office software and ability to learn new systems quickly.
