What youll do:

You are passionate about instructional design, with a flair for engaging visuals and motion graphics, and the desire and ability to operate at the highest professional level. Youre a curious storyteller who thinks like a learner, translating complex ideas into clear, motivating experiences. You sweat the details, take pride in craft, and balance creativity with discipline. You thrive in feedback?rich, fast?moving teams, communicate with warmth and clarity, and take ownership from idea to launch. Above all, you care about impact, helping new traders build confidence and mastery.

In this role you will:

• Take written content, storyboards, videos, and scripts and transform them into engaging interactive online multimedia courses using cutting?edge e?learning authoring software tools
• Design motion?graphics elements, animations, and transitions using Adobe After Effects
• Track multiple projects, with detailed timelines, and maintain version control for all deliverables
• Evaluate and test all course elements to maintain high quality standards
• Stay current with e?learning trends, multimedia production best practices, and emerging technology for online content creation

What youll need:

• 3+ years of experience designing and producing e?learning/multimedia courses
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially After Effects and Premiere Pro
• Firsthand experience with one or more e?learning authoring tools such as Articulate
• Solid understanding of instructional design models with adult learning principles, storyboarding, course flow, and visual design
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project?management skills
• An instructional design portfolio that is well?designed, visually appealing, and easy to follow
• Demonstrated ability to effectively use multimedia elements to enhance the learning experience

Compensation:

The salary range for this role will be $85,000.00 $95,000.00 USD. In addition, this position will also receive an annual target bonus of 8%. Bonus pay at NinjaTrader is based on individual performance (50%) as well as company/team performance (50%). Salary and bonus earnings are only two components of the total compensation package offered by NinjaTrader. NinjaTrader offers a 401K plan through ADP under which the company will match up to 3.5% of employee contributions. Annual paid time off allowance accrues at a rate of 18 days per year (some positions may qualify for more) plus seven paid holidays.

This is a remote?eligible position, though applicants must reside in one of the following states: California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Minnesota, Montana, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, Washington DC, Wisconsin.

Hybrid:

For Chicago?based employees, we follow a hybrid work schedule: In?office Tuesday through Thursday, with remote work on Mondays and Fridays. In addition to these weekly remote days, we offer:

• 20 additional flex remote days annually
• 5 Company?Wide Office?Optional weeks tied to major holidays
