Kitchen Manager Responsibilities
• Oversee all kitchen operations, including food production, preparation, and inventory control
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures for efficient workflow
• Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain high sanitation standards
• Train, supervise, and support kitchen staff to promote strong performance and teamwork
• Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency and guest satisfaction
• Collaborate with management to develop menus, specials, and promotional offerings
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
• Previous supervisory or management experience in a kitchen environment
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff
• Solid knowledge of kitchen operations, vendor management, food preparation, and cost control
• Understanding of food safety regulations, sanitation standards, and best practices in food handling
