Overview New parents on the Upper East Side are seeking a part‑time nanny to help care for their newborn daughter. The role will be 3 full days per week. The family can be flexible on which days. They are looking for a warm, social nanny who is comfortable with infant care, knowledgeable about child development, and ideally fluent in both English and German. Responsibilities Provide loving, attentive care to an infant Plan and engage in age‑appropriate, developmental activities Seeking someone experienced and/or educated in early childhood education and development. Support daily routines, feeding, and sleeping schedules Collaborate closely with parents and grandparents to align on care‑giving approach Maintain a tidy and organized home environment, focusing on child‑related areas Qualifications German speaking Part‑time availability Infant and toddler experience Engaging and warm Solid team‑player Proactive and plans ahead Excellent communication skills Fluent in German Requirements Emotionally intelligent, adaptable, and comfortable taking direction while bringing your own experience and insight.
