Bilingual Insurance Agent

We are seeking a Bilingual English & Spanish speaking qualified professional to join our team for the role of a Licensed Insurance Sales and Service Specialist. Responsibilities Include

• Answer inbound calls to quote Auto, Home, Motorcycle, and other insurance.
• Contact warm leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance product sales, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, and billing.

Requirements

• History of good attendance
• Fluent in Spanish and English in written and oral preferred
• Insurance Sales Experience/ Property Casualty licenses required.
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
• Self-motivated
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to effectively relate to a customer
• Must be able to pass background check
