Natural Gas Power Technician 1

We are immediately hiring a Natural Gas Power Technician 1 for our Central Repair Center in Pearland, TX - a role that will help us to power progress for our customers.

What you'll do:

• You'll be based out of our Pearland, TX service center.
• You'll have an opportunity to work overtime and weekends, and there is a potential for travel
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs of Natural Gas power generators.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures at the shop and handle the repairs
• You will either be out on your own or teamed up with other technician(s) to set up and operate equipment at the shop

We're experts, which means you'll have the following skills and experience:

• High School diploma/GED
• 1-5 years of experience working on diesel power/natural gas generators and/or commercial performing inspections, maintenance, and repairs
• Experience with calculating nominal and effective tonnage and/or kW requirements, along with reading and knowing schematics
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to move or lift objects, typically less than 50 lbs.
