Role Overview

As a Paid Social Manager, you will play a critical role in leading a team of Paid Social Marketers in developing and optimizing clients' Paid Social ad campaigns. You will collaborate with Paid Media Marketers to devise ad strategies, oversee implementation, and ensure adherence to department processes and best practices. Your responsibilities include leading client accounts, managing a team of marketers, monitoring industry trends, providing training and mentorship to the Paid Social team on ad buying for Meta, TikTok and additional paid social platforms, and driving revenue while achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) for our clients and agency.

Responsibilities


  • Conduct regular one?on?one meetings with Paid Social team members to provide guidance, support, and mentorship.
  • Perform regular audits of client accounts to assess quality and performance, identify improvement areas, and recommend optimization strategies to meet KPIs.
  • Execute Paid Social marketing efforts for key accounts across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and others; conduct audience research, develop targeting, and create compelling ad copy and visuals.
  • Allocate resources efficiently based on team skills, workload, and project requirements; balance workload distribution for timely project delivery.
  • Review and assess quality of work, ensuring adherence to best practices and client requirements; provide constructive feedback.
  • Identify training needs and implement training programs, workshops, or resources to enhance team skills and keep up with industry trends.
  • Collaborate with the content team to create case studies highlighting successful campaigns and contributing to agency thought leadership.
  • Develop and curate content sharing industry insights through blog posts and social media, collaborating with experts to source relevant material.
  • Serve as first point of contact for client escalations, resolve issues promptly, and maintain client satisfaction, escalating to senior management when necessary.
  • Perform weekly data analysis on KPIs, prepare reports or presentations summarizing insights, and use data?driven insights to optimize strategies.
  • Oversee performance management within the paid social team, setting goals, conducting performance reviews, and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Manage PTO requests for team members, coordinating and scheduling time off.


Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in marketing, business, management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience managing Paid Social services and teams; agency experience preferred.
  • Extensive knowledge of Meta and TikTok ad platforms, including campaign setup, optimization, and reporting.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in team management and mentorship.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills.
  • Effective project management skills: prioritization, resource allocation, and deadline management.
  • Strong client relationship management skills, including escalation handling and long?term satisfaction.
  • Strategic thinking with ability to align digital marketing strategies to client goals and industry trends.
  • Creative problem?solving skills and ability to adapt strategies to changing circumstances.
  • Continuous learning mindset, staying updated with digital marketing trends and emerging technologies.
  • Experience collaborating with cross?functional teams, vendors, and contractors.
  • Strong writing skills for compelling content and case studies.


Compensation
  • Job Type: Full?time Employee
  • Annual Base Salary: $90,000 $105,000 per year
