POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Personal Assistant/Driver to support our team in daily office operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong time management skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. This role involves managing office tasks, personal tasks and being a driver for the company.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Professional Driver/ Personal assistant skills in multitasking management.
• Maintain a clean driving record and demonstrate safe, responsible driving practices.
• Responsible for transporting clients to and from the airport early morning arrivals and late evening departures.
• Ensure timely arrivals and departures while providing courteous and professional customer service.
• Perform regular vehicle checks and basic maintenance to ensure safety and reliability.
• Perform administrative duties, act as a courier for the company and other duties needed daily.
• Order and pickup administrative and office essential supplies.
• Work closely with Admin department
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

High School diploma or equivalent, associate degree preferred

5 plus years in an Administrative/ Personal Assistant role

Proficiency in Microsoft office

Must have strong organizational and time management skills

Proven problem solver in thinking outside of the box

Must have a good proven driving record

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

The work is typically performed indoors and outdoors. Sitting, standing, walking, and lifting daily.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Must be able to carry up to 50 lbs.
