*Position Overview*

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced *Pharmacy Manager* to lead our pharmacy operations. This role is ideal for a licensed pharmacist with a passion for geriatric care, team leadership, and operational excellence. The Pharmacy Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure regulatory compliance, manage staff, and maintain strong relationships with facility partners.

*Key Responsibilities*

* Oversee all aspects of pharmacy operations, including dispensing, inventory management, and staff supervision.
* Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including long-term care pharmacy standards.
* Collaborate with nursing facility staff to ensure accurate and timely medication delivery.
* Lead and mentor pharmacy technicians and support staff.
* Implement and maintain quality assurance and safety protocols.
* Manage vendor relationships and medication procurement.
* Monitor and improve workflow efficiency and customer satisfaction.

*Qualifications*

* Current and unrestricted Pennsylvania Pharmacist License.
* Minimum of 3 years of pharmacy experience.
* At least 2 years of Long-Term Care experience required.
* Previous management or supervisory experience strongly preferred.
* Strong knowledge of pharmacy regulations and long-term care requirements.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
* Proficiency with pharmacy management systems and technology.
