Lakeland Regional Health is seeking a compassionate and versatile Primary Care Physician to join our team at the Ruby Tiger Community Center , located on the Newly established Florida Seminole reservation in Lakeland, Florida. This is a unique opportunity to serve a diverse patient population in a community-focused setting.

Position Highlights:

• • Full-spectrum care : Treat patients from newborns to geriatrics, including prenatal care (without providing obstetric delivery services).
  • Community-centered practice : Located at the Ruby Tiger Community Center, 9075 Seminole Wind Road, Lakeland, FL 33809.
  • Schedule : Monday through Friday, 5-day workweek with an average daily patient of 6-15.
  • Loan Forgiveness : This position qualifies for loan repayment assistance , making it an excellent opportunity for providers seeking financial support for educational debt.
  • Collaborative environment : Work alongside a dedicated team committed to improving health outcomes in underserved communities.

Ideal Candidate:

• • Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine
