BCForward is currently seeking a highly motivated Product Designer (Low-Code Explorer) for an opportunity with our client in Redmond, WA Title: Product Designer (Low-Code Explorer) Location: Redmond, WA (Hybrid: 3D/W Onsite) Typical Day in the Role: Requirements • Years of Experience Required: 0-2 overall years of experience in the field. “Looking for candidates that contain exposure to low-code/no-code platforms or general tech tools, Interest in UI/UX design or user-centered thinking, Background in business analysis, product management, or similar, and Familiarity with dashboard design principles.” Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience

1. Minimum 0-2 years’ experience with gathering and translating requirements into action.
2. Minimum 0-2 years’ experience with designing and testing.
3. Minimum 0-2 years’ experience with business analytics

What You’ll Do:

• Decode complex business needs and turn them into sleek, functional dashboards using Microsoft’s low-code platform.
• Be the go-to thinker for modeling, simulating, and analyzing solutions in a no-code/low-code environment.
• Design, test, and launch a dashboard that’s not just functional—but delightful.
• Ensure your work meets quality, security, and compliance standards.
• Embrace change, learn fast, and adapt as the project evolves.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and teammates with a positive, can-do attitude.

Must-Haves:

• 0–2 years of experience (yes, we mean it!)
• Strong communication skills—written and verbal
• A knack for problem-solving and critical thinking
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Comfortable gathering and translating requirements into action
