No experience? No problem! We provide on-the-job training and teach you everything you need to succeed.
Position: Full-Time Union Position.
Starting Rate: To be discussed during the interview process. Location: Wayne, MI. Schedule: Primarily first shift, but flexibility is required for start and finish times, including weekends and holidays.
What You’ll Do:
This role involves bending, squatting, leaning, and moving plates to connect railcars. It’s an entry-level position with opportunities for growth and advancement across our nationwide locations.
