Our Fortune 500 pharmaceutical client is seeking dedicated, customer-focused Call Center Representatives to join their growing remote team. If you have a passion for helping others and thrive in a fast-paced environment-this could be the perfect fit for you!

Louisiana Residents Only | $17/hr. + Weekly Pay & Benefits | ? Full-Time, M-Fri (Must be able to work any 8-hr shift between 8 AM-10 PM EST) Start Date: November 2025

What You'll Do:

• Perform outbound calls completing benefit investigations and occasional inbound calls providing medical account related information
• Provide exceptional customer support to patients regarding prescription benefits.
• Verify insurance, billing, and medical information with accuracy.
• Partner with carriers to ensure proper medication coverage.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and Federal Health Care Program guidelines.

What We're Looking For:

• Must have 1 year or more of RECENT call center experience ( No exceptions!)
• Strong attention to detail & accuracy
• Comfortable meeting performance metrics (KPIs)
• A quiet, distraction-free home office setup
• High-speed wired internet (hotspots not accepted)
• Tech-savvy with basic troubleshooting skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent
