Las Vegas Petroleum is a rapidly growing operator of travel centers, consisting of gas stations, convenience stores and restaurants. With 13 Conoco-branded C&G assets in the Las Vegas Metro area, and the ability to purchase unbranded fuel through partnerships with Phillips 66, Gulf, Sunoco, 76, and Conoco, we supply over one million gallons of fuel per month to 32 locations. Your Role:

Your leadership will play a vital role in managing the day-to-day operations of your Subway restaurant. You will create an environment that fosters excellent customer service, operational efficiency, and a passion for fresh food. As a General Manager, you will lead your team to maintain the highest standards of food quality and safety while ensuring guest satisfaction is always prioritized.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Focus: Deliver an exceptional guest experience through warmth, prompt service, and a welcoming atmosphere.
• Leadership: Hire, train, and mentor your team, building a culture of engagement and teamwork.
• Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards and Subway policies.
• Financial Oversight: Manage budgeting, financial performance, and cost control to maximize profitability.
• Inventory Management: Maintain stock levels, order supplies, and manage inventory effectively.
• Community Engagement: Promote local marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and customer loyalty.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Experience: 3+ years of management experience in the food service industry, preferably in quick-service restaurants.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, develop, and motivate a team of diverse individuals.
• Customer Orientation: Strong commitment to providing exceptional service and building customer loyalty.
• Financial Acumen: Understanding of restaurant financials, including budgeting and profit and loss statements.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to assess situations quickly and implement effective solutions.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills that foster a positive work environment.
• Availability: Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
