Position Overview

We are seeking an in-person Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support students in an elementary school setting in Saint Louis Park, MN . We will also consider a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) , provided appropriate supervision and Minnesota scope of practice requirements can be met.

Caseload
  • Elementary school students

  • School-based services

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide speech and language services to elementary-aged students

  • Implement therapy plans and interventions aligned with student goals

  • Conduct evaluations, screenings, and progress monitoring (SLP only, per licensure guidelines)

  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams

  • Participate in IEP meetings and school-related meetings

  • Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district and state requirements

SLPA Consideration
  • Candidates must meet Minnesota SLPA requirements

  • Supervision will be provided by a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist

Qualifications
  • SLP: Active Minnesota SLP license or eligibility prior to start date

  • SLPA: Active Minnesota SLPA registration/licensure

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP)

  • Bachelors degree in Communication Sciences & Disorders or related field (SLPA)

  • School-based experience preferred but not required

  • Ability to work in an in-person school setting
