Shifts and Pay Rates Available:

Senior Forklift Operator (Cherry Picker or Turret) :

$25.50 per hour (+ $.75 shift differential for Weekend Shift)
  • Night (Q) Shift: Monday - Thursday 6:00pm - 4:30am

Purpose : Safely operate any assigned powered industrial trucks (PIT) such as forklifts, stand up order picker / cherry picker as well as other powered equipment to move product around the distribution center. Accurately process orders in and out of the distribution center.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize powered equipment, pick and put away product efficiently and accurately, as assigned by supervisor
  • Utilize computerized warehouse management systems (WMS) and radio frequency (RF) scanners to process all barcoded products
  • Identify and communicate inventory exceptions to the leadership team
  • Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Accurately record production by task and complete any necessary paperwork
  • Flexibility to train and work in multiple areas
  • Understand and apply health and safety guidelines/procedures
  • Work safely and maintain a clean work environment
  • Identify, report, and follow up on any property damage or safety concerns
  • Participate in Lean Six Sigma activities
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Operations shift management
  • Other internal departments
Knowledge Skills and Abilities :
  • Ability to attain an adidas certification to safely operate any assigned powered equipment, including but not limited to: order picker, reach truck, etc.
  • Basic math skills
  • Ability to communicate both verbally and written in English
  • Regularly required to talk or hear; sit, stand or walk; use fingers, hands, arms and feet to feel, handle, grip, grasp, lift, operate, push and pull for up to twelve (12) hours/day
  • Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures
  • Ability to reliably attend work/scheduled hours
  • Occasionally required to sit; bending, twisting, climb or balance; lift and carry items such as boxes weighing up to fifty (50) pounds; and stoop, kneel, or crouch
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Minimum of six (6) months previous experience operating forklifts
  • Ability to work overtime and weekends as required
  • Required to speak, read, write and comprehend the English language
