Roles and Responsibilities: As a Manufacturing Tech, you will play a crucial role in our production process. Your responsibilities will include:

- Operating and maintaining manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborating with team members to troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently.
- Conducting quality checks and inspections to uphold our high standards of excellence.
- Assisting in the implementation of process improvements and best practices.
- Documenting production activities and maintaining accurate records.
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Experience Level: - Preferred experience level is 2 to 3 years in a manufacturing environment.
