What You’ll Do Install window treatments, acoustic wall upholstery, and PVC stretch ceilings in commercial and residential settings Report to the Operations Field Supervisor and support lead installers on job sites Prepare work areas, operate power tools safely, and maintain a clean, organized workspace Ensure the quality, precision, and safety of all installations Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors about site conditions and progress Keep detailed notes and report project updates to your superior Maintain compliance with all safety procedures and participate in ongoing training Represent Contexture’s professionalism and customer-first approach on every job site What We’re Looking For Minimum Qualifications: Experience using hand tools, power tools, and equipment safely Ability to lift 50 lbs. overhead and work at various heights Comfortable working on feet for extended periods and in varied conditions Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings or weekends as projects require Willingness to travel for 2–3 weeks at a time for out-of-state projects Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening Why You’ll Love Working Here At Contexture, we believe great work starts with great people.
