We see whats possible in you and help you achieve it.### Job Description**Requirements:*** 3-5 years proven prior success in roles directly implementing Workday* 2+ years proven prior leading Workday, Financials implementations* Huron requires a Bachelors Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience* Travel up to 50%**Preferred Skills & Experience:*** Workday Certification or equivalent practical experience in one or more of the following; Financial Accounting, Core Financials Banking and Settlements, Expenses, Customer Account or Grants Management,* Experience leading Workday Financials design and customer confirmation sessions* Experience configuring all aspects of Workday Financials and the related Customer Accounts functionality* Experience configuring or a deep understanding of Workday Payroll Accounting is a plus* Experience with project or workstream planning and management* Excellent communication skills - oral and written - and the interpersonal skills needed quickly to establish relationships of trust and collaboration* Ability to establish credibility in the eyes of senior-level, financially literate university and hospital executives, including those that lead the sponsored research functions, on the basis of expertise, maturity, and professionalism* Ability to train and participate in the professional development of Huron staff in both project or workstream management and technical dimensions* Excellent time-management and prioritization skills* Ability to manage multiple projects of differing scale and duration* Strong analytical skills used to translate information from meetings into documentation that can be shared with meeting participants and project teams* Desire and willingness to learn new tools, techniques, concepts, and methodologies* Proven thought leadership as indicated by speaking engagements and/or publications a plus### ## ****Position Level****Manager### ## ****Country****United States of AmericaAt Huron, were redefining what a consulting organization can be.
