About the Role :
We are seeking to add a Data Entry Representative to our team! You will be responsible for accurate data entry, file maintenance, and record keeping.
Responsibilities:
Enter, update, and maintain accurate data across multiple systems and platforms
Review information for errors or inconsistencies and make corrections as needed
Navigate multiple websites and portals to gather, verify, and input required data
Maintain organized records and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
Communicate with team members regarding missing or unclear information
Follow established procedures to ensure data integrity and confidentiality
Qualifications:
Previous data entry experience required
Proficiency with Microsoft applications (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Ability to navigate various online portals and websites
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Fast learner with the ability to adapt to new systems quickly
Reliable, punctual, and able to meet deadlines
Strong organizational and communication skills
