This role offers an annual compensation range of $38,250.00 $53,750.00, dependent on experience and location.
We are looking for candidates who have leadership experience, excellent communication skills, and a strong desire to make lasting, positive change. The position requires independent judgment, the ability to exercise discretion, and a commitment to meeting staffing, campaign, and fieldwork goals.
The role includes an excellent training program that starts with handson experience in an existing canvassing office, classroomstyle training on socialchange concepts and skills, and optional advanced training on staff management, canvassing, campaign strategy, and more.
Canvass Directors may work on campaigns across the country. Current opportunities exist in Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, Washington, D.C., Minnesota, Colorado, Washington, Oregon, and California. Geographic flexibility is required.
