We’re looking for an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to step into a key leadership role as our Health & Wellness Director. This is an opportunity to shape the quality of care delivered in our vibrant assisted living and memory care community, build strong relationships with residents and families, and lead a high-performing wellness team.

What We Offer

  • Competitive Salary: $83,000–$90,000 (DOE)

What You’ll Do

As the Health & Wellness Director, you will oversee the clinical and operational excellence of our wellness programs, including both assisted living and memory care.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing strategic leadership for the daily operations of the assisted living and memory care departments
  • Hiring, coaching, developing, and inspiring a strong care team
  • Leading and supporting a multidisciplinary management team, including the Memory Care Director, Care Coordinator, administrators, and nursing staff
  • Conducting resident assessments, determining service needs, and ensuring accurate documentation in the electronic care system
  • Overseeing medication management, delegation, and supervision of unlicensed personnel
  • Ensuring compliance, safety, and adherence to best practices in infection control
  • Supporting continuous improvement, team engagement, and operational excellence

What We’re Looking For

  • A genuine love for seniors and a passion for service
  • Active RN license
  • Proven leadership experience in assisted living, geriatric nursing, dementia care, or related fields
  • Strong skills in team development, coaching, and driving positive outcomes
  • Understanding of service plan development, medication management, and safety protocols
  • Ability to manage budgets and support cost-effective operations
  • A collaborative, empowering leadership style with a focus on resident-centered care
