About This Special Project

You'll be part of the Partners Discover & Buy Experience team, working on an exciting special project to reimagine our B2B eCommerce experience. We're transforming how wholesale partners and bulk-order customers engage with us online. This is a unique opportunity to build the vision and find the "north star" for what could be the best B2B site that ever existed-one that puts athletes at the center and gets our partners excited about the brand.

You'll be designing high-level craft experiences with an elevated aesthetic. We're looking for someone who can reimagine our current site with fresh ideas, bringing a new focus that centers athletes and maintains the highest bar of design quality.

Who You'll Work With

You'll work closely and collaboratively with a cross-functional team of product managers, program managers, engineers, researchers and fellow designers to discover and understand business, feature, and user requirements that translate into thoughtful design executions.

Who We Are Looking For

You're a designer who brings fresh perspective and an interesting style to every project. You excel at pitching lots of ideas, remain open to feedback, and thrive in collaborative environments. You understand how to use white space masterfully, craft beautiful typography, and design UI/UX flows that feel effortless. You take complex B2B problems and create simple, elegant expressions.

Experience & Education:

• Open to various experience levels (entry to expert)-we're prioritizing portfolio quality and fresh ideas over years of experience
• Bachelor's degree or combination of education, training and experience in design, UX/UI design, human-computer interaction or related field
• Proven experience in visual and UX design for digital products

Required Skills:

• Expert-level proficiency in Figma and Principle-you create high-fidelity prototypes that bring visions to life
• Demonstrated mastery of design craft: white space usage, typography, visual hierarchy, and sophisticated UI/UX flows
• Strong ability to solve complex problems through simple, elegant design solutions
• Highly collaborative mindset with openness to feedback and iteration
• Ability to pitch multiple concepts and explore diverse creative directions
• User-centric design approach with strong attention to detail
• Strong understanding of product thinking, interaction design and execution

Preferred Qualifications:

• Interest and experience in conceptualizing vision work and building "north star" experiences
• Prototyping experience with 3D and AR capabilities
• UI motion design and prototyping experience with After Effects
• Agency background-comfortable pivoting quickly and moving fast

• Building the vision: Conceptualizing and designing the "north star" for B2B eCommerce-creating the best partner site that ever existed
• Designing elevated work that puts athletes at the center through visual comps, wireframes, flows and high-fidelity prototypes
• Bringing high-level craft to every detail: masterful white space, sophisticated typography, seamless UI/UX flows
• Solving complex B2B and eCommerce challenges with simple, elegant design expressions
• Rapidly iterating and refining-pitching lots of ideas and remaining open to feedback
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Producing a holistic look and feel across all pieces of the project
