Role:- Sr SalesForce Administrator 

Location:- Bellevue, WA

Visa:- Any

Duration:- 12 Months

Responsibilities:

⦁ Apply functional domain expertise and industry learnings/expertise to help guide solution options analysis, working closely with both business and technical teams, with consideration of both technical and non-technical implications and trade-offs.

⦁ Plan and execute deployments from multiple project team, including the validation of cross-tenant compatibility with each deployment.

⦁ Ensure best practices are followed for any requested changes to the standard data objects.

⦁ Provide oversight to permissions/profiles and manage the user provisioning process and available licenses.

⦁ Support and implement 3rd party integrations (e.g. web to lead).

⦁ Partner with business and technical team to understand, plan and mitigate impacts of Salesforce releases.

⦁ Participate in sprint planning/capacity management for the administration team and development resources assigned to operational support.

⦁ Organize/lead prototype development, participate in demos & user acceptance reviews, work with technical leads on the creation of design documents and artifacts.

⦁ Key partner in communications regarding the Salesforce platform for team members, impacted groups, and project owners/leaders.

⦁ Qualifications and Experience:

⦁ Bachelor’s Degree with 3+ years of Salesforce Administration experience.

⦁ Deep practical experience administering a large Salesforce implementation (1000+ users).

⦁ Salesforce Advanced Admin Certification(s).

⦁ Experience with deployment methods beyond the use of change sets.

⦁ Experience working with Salesforce Communities (Community Builder, Community Manager, etc.).

⦁ Experience in all phases of a project including working both with technical teams as well as business users.

⦁ Expertise in all aspects of configuration, with the practical skills to identify when coding/customization is needed and direct those requirements.

⦁ Ability to configure and implement applications from multiple vendors (e.g. AppExchange components).

⦁ Strong interpersonal and customer relationship skills, including the ability to communicate to multiple levels of the organization and with non-technical partners to derive technical requirements and priorities.

⦁ Strong analytic and problem-solving skills, including the ability to arbitrate and objectively evaluate competing requests across the tenants.

⦁ Take a strategic viewpoint and apply critical thinking skills to near-term work product.

⦁ Able to adjust work-style and communication to match team or audience, especially when working with non-technical resources.

⦁ Ability to create clear procedures and system documentation.

⦁ Ability to work independently, multi-task and manage time.

⦁ Ability to facilitate small teams, guiding work delivery and quality.

⦁ Understanding of business processes and ability to translate business requirements into application functionality.

⦁ Test and QA of enhancements/changes using a sandbox.

⦁ Knowledgeable in setting up and maintaining roles, profiles, sharing settings, validation rules, advanced formulas, workflows, flows, process builder, reports, and dashboards.

⦁ Comfortable with configuration, customization, data management (data management tools), campaign management, training and support for AppExchange applications, support for custom integrations.

⦁ Knowledgeable and familiar working in Lightning Experience.

⦁ Understanding of Agile Methodology.

⦁ Ability to work permanently in the U.S. on a full-time basis

⦁ Must be in the Seattle area; with ability to work on the client site 100% of the time
