About the Role:
As a Location Director, you’ll be the strategic and operational leader of one of our fast-paced clinics, overseeing both the sales and medical teams. This role blends hands-on leadership with data-driven decision-making to ensure the clinic delivers best-in-class results, financial success, and an elevated patient experience.
You’ll coach, inspire, and lead a team of Patient Care Coordinators and Clinicians to exceed sales goals, achieve operational excellence, and uphold LaserAway’s luxury brand standards.
What You’ll Do:
Lead clinic operations with full accountability for sales performance, staffing, and profitability
Drive same-day sales, repeat visits, and revenue growth through strategic scheduling and high-impact coaching
Develop and mentor a high-performing team that delivers exceptional patient experiences and measurable results
Partner with regional leadership to implement marketing, labor, and business initiatives that optimize growth
Monitor KPIs, CRM activity, and patient feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Ensure consistent execution of brand standards across operations, presentation, and patient experience

3+ years of leadership experience in luxury retail, med spa, fitness, or high-touch service industries
Proven ability to manage P&L, staffing, KPIs, and revenue goals

Earning Potential: $80,000–$112,000+ annually, combining base pay, performance bonuses, and revenue share opportunities.
