In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting key operational functions by coordinating tasks related to medical record tracking, data management, and reporting. Key Responsibilities:

Organize and maintain databases and spreadsheets to support data integrity.
Perform timely data entry for trend analysis and reporting purposes.
Assist in preparing for clinical audits, including aggregating results for reporting and identifying areas of improvement.
Format official reports and documents to ensure a high standard of presentation and clarity.
Maintain records and reports related to Utilization Review functions, ensuring proper organization and accessibility.
Complete scanning projects.

Key Qualifications:

Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with databases.
High attention to detail with the ability to identify and address discrepancies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
Previous experience in medical records, data entry, or reporting is a plus.
