Warehouse & Production Associate – Architectural Lighting

Position Overview

We are seeking a Warehouse & Production Associate to join our growing manufacturing team. This position supports the assembly, fabrication, and fulfillment of our custom LED lighting products. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with hand and power tools.

Applicants with aluminum MIG welding experience will receive a higher starting rate.

Responsibilities

• Assist in production and assembly of aluminum LED lighting profiles (cutting, drilling, wiring, packaging).
• Safely operate hand and power tools such as saws, drills, and drivers.
• Perform basic LED wiring and component assembly.
• Maintain organized of LED strips, aluminum profiles, lenses, and accessories.
• Prepare completed products for shipment with a focus on quality control and accuracy.
• Support general warehouse and fabrication operations as needed.

Requirements

• Proficient with hand tools and power tools (required).
• Electrician experience (preferred, higher pay tier).
• MIG welding experience with aluminum (preferred, higher pay tier).
• Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Dependable, punctual, and eager to learn.
• Must speak English or Spanish
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Schedule & Compensation

• Hours: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
• Job Duration: Guaranteed work through 2025, with opportunity for full-time employment in 2026 based on performance.
• Pay: Competitive hourly rate based on experience (premium for MIG welders).
• Start Date: Immediate — must be ready to begin work as soon as possible.
• Interviews start November 10, 2025.
